Use this address for every enquiry, including privacy questions.Keep the reply with your questions
Ask the reply to name the person who will follow up.How should a school contact Easy Edu?
One well-prepared email gets a more useful answer than several short ones. Work through three steps: prepare the question with the people it affects, send it to the published address, and keep the reply next to the questions it answers so that gaps stay visible.
A reply is evidence only for what it says. If it describes a screen or workflow, ask whether it is released today or planned.
What should an enquiry email include?
Structure the email under these five headings. Each one takes a sentence or two, and together they let the reader route the question to the right person without a second round of emails.
- Decision problem
- One sentence naming the school work that needs to change, such as how attendance reaches parents.
- Roles affected
- Which of teachers, students, parents or guardians and administrators the change touches.
- Current process
- How the school handles that work today, and where it breaks down.
- Evidence requested
- What you want to see: a demonstration, a module list, a privacy notice or data-handling terms.
- Decision date
- When the school must decide, and the weeks that suit a discussion.
For the full list of questions worth asking, open the school platform demo questions.
What should a school leave out of a first email?
An enquiry does not need personal information about students, parents or staff, and sending it early creates a record nobody has agreed to keep. Describe the situation in general terms instead: “a Form 4 class of 32”, not a class list. If a real example is needed later, agree first how it will be shared, who will hold it and when it will be deleted.
- No student records, results or attendance lists.
- No identity documents or copies of them.
- No passwords, account details or payment-card details.
- No health, family or other sensitive information about a child.
How this website handles visits and emails is set out in the privacy notice.
Which guides help a school prepare its questions?
Easy Edu’s guides are written for exactly this stage. They are vendor-neutral, so the questions they produce can be sent to Easy Edu or to any other supplier the school is considering. Start with the guide that matches what the school is unsure about, and paste the relevant questions into the “Evidence requested” part of the email. Which guide to open depends on where the school is:
- Needs not yet written down: start with the evaluation guide.
- Demonstration already booked: take the demo questions.
- Governance or IT review: use the data questions.
All nine guides are listed on the school platform evaluation guides page.
